Haloumi cheese is originated from Cyprus. It's a fresh semi-hard cheese usually made of a combo of goat and cow's milk. This time, we're going to make it from store bought fresh milk so participant can easily make it again at home. Haloumi usually grilled or pan fried and great with salad or sandwhich. if possible, we can also make ricotta cheese from our leftover whey!
