We would love to invite to be part of Pasar Wiwitan SCBD on October 3 and 4.

This October, the market will be experienced across three connected areas: PCP/Equity Lane, MGP Market Hall inside SCBD Park, and Electronic City Lane**. Because the space is large, we are working to make the visitor journey clearer, warmer, and easier to explore.

This edition will also include Paviliun Artha Graha Peduli at Electronic City Lane, with family education, Damkar Cilik, Dokter Cilik with Arthakes, animal education with Habitat, Kopi Tambling, Teh Takokak, and wider community experiences. At PCP/Equity Lane, the main stage will bring culture into the weekend through Sanggar Widya Pramana and Wayang Kulit in the evening.

For us, tenants are not just filling booths. You are part of the story of the market. We want visitors to meet the people behind the products, understand the care behind each brand, and support local businesses in a more personal way.

- Indoor Booth: Rp 2.500.000
- Outdoor Booth: Rp 2.500.000
We invite vendors in the Vintage & Collectibles or Farmers Market categories to join us under a Sharing Revenue scheme for this exciting event.

Layout & Booth Specifications
Table position and layout will be determined entirely by the Operator.
- Indoor
  - Regular Tenant: 2m x 2m space
  - Anchor Tenant: 4m x 2m space
  - Complimentary Facilities: 1 Table (120 x 60 x 74 cm) & Standard Electricity (1 Ampere)
  - Additional Extra Electricity: Rp 300.000
- Outdoor
  - Regular Tenant (by Zone):
    - Farmer Market Zone: Equipped with a 2m x 4m tent
    - Craft & Artisanal Zone: Equipped with a 3m x 2m tent
    - Lifestyle Zone: Equipped with a 3m x 3m tent
    - Vintage & Collectibles Zone: Equipped with a 3m x 3m tent
    - F&B Zone: Equipped with a 3m x 3m tent
    - Foundation Zone: Equipped with a 3m x 3m tent
    - Creative Economy Zone: Equipped with a 3m x 3m tent
  - Anchor Tenant: Premium hook positions with tent sizes matching their respective zones
  - Standard Electricity (1 Ampere)
  - Additional Extra Electricity: Rp 300.000
Note: To become an Anchor Tenant applicants must apply through the website while agreeing to the terms and conditions and passing the curation process

Advertising & Marketing
Upon approval, vendors are required to submit high-resolution photographs of their products to be featured in our promotional and advertising materials. Only high-quality files will be accepted.

Parking & Transportation
We strongly discourage parking at the venue due to extremely limited space. We highly recommend utilizing public transportation.

Absentee / Late Arrival / Early Departure Policy
- Vendors must commit and participate for the full 2 days of the event.
- Attendance is strictly monitored. Vendors who arrive late or leave prior to closing hours will be blacklisted from participating in all future events.
- All stalls must be fully set up and ready at least one hour before the market opens.
