It’s that time of the year again! Our schedules are jam packed with plenty of to-do’s like gift lists, travel plans and family gatherings, amongst others. It can be an exciting and joyful time, while the glorious weather may play a large part in this …… there's also the feel-good aspect of the season that makes us feel more prepared – and motivated. If you're anything like me, you know how hard it can be to start the Season of Giving off on the right foot. Too often, the days just zip by without notice.
This is our last market of the year – three days makes for a great shopping experience. You will find many of your favourite vendors from the September edition plus many more seasonal artisans selected to make this a “must attend” event. I want to say: Thank you for your support, visits and feedbacks. The year is drawing to a close and as we gather with loved ones, let us all remember to be grateful for what is and remember to give of what we have to those folks in need. The holidays is not just for enjoying our abundance, it is for sharing it too.
The Local Market is a great way to shop & support local while you take care of your holiday shopping with an exciting lineup of ‘make, bake and grow’ vendors – you’ll find unique handcrafted gifts and décor as well as be able to fill your holiday pantry with a wide range of items from our producers, food artisans & beverage vendors.

General informations
Table position and or layout will be determined by the Operators:

INDOOR : 1.5m x 2m
OUTDOOR :
- Booth with tent from operator (2m x 2m)
- Bring own booth (max. 2m x 2m)
- Table size is will be about 120 cm x 80 cm x 75 cm.
- Vendor must be conscious of their neighbour's space to not block others
- Owner of the Brand is to be present for 3 days of the market.
- No stool is provided but you may bring your own stool to fit within your space (bench without backrest).
- No tablecloth is provided, please bring each one
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Please register online at thelocalmarket.id/register only. We will email you once your application is approved. If you do not have access to the website, you may contact us at 085600071706 or thelocalmarketid@gmail.com for us to send you a copy of the registration form.
ABSENTEE / LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
Vendors are required to participate in the market for the full 3 days. Vendors that arrive late or leaves early will not be invited to participate in the future events. This is a very firm policy. Please have your stall set up an hour before the start of the market.
PAYMENT
Payment for tables will be through our online payment system using bank transfer. Advise us if you need to make any cash payment. We do offer cashless check out system for your customers on the days of the market. Customers will be able to pay using their credit cards, bank transfer or pay using cash. Please advise us on the form provided after approval if you require this service.
Sales tax is the stall holders own responsibility. We do not collect sales tax for you.
TRANSACTION
All tenants may use their own edc machine. Tenants who would like to use our easy payment system for all their sales are encouraged to do so and to be registered with us into the system. We do not register any last minute request on the day of the event.
Transactions are carried out in the cashier area provided by the Operators. 3% fee for all transactions.
ADVERTISING
After approval, you have to send us photographs of your products (we will only accept high resolutions file) for us to include in our advertising. We will also do a custom poster for you to post on your own social media accounts. Please be advise multiple revisions are not accepted.
AVAILABLE PARKING AREA
We do not recommend parking at the venue due to incredibly limited space. We recommend taking public transportation.
